Easter Heating Instructions
PROTEINS:
Herb Roasted Chicken Dinner
Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees. Add ¼ cup of water to the pan and close lid tightly. Cook chicken with lid on for 40 minutes. Remove lid and place chicken back into the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
Lemon Herb Cream Sauce - Stove top: Put sauce into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat until hot. Microwave: open lid slightly and place container into the microwave. Microwave for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve hot over chicken.
Filet Mignon Roast
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove filet mignon from vacuum seal bag. Place tenderloin onto a oven safe sheet tray or pan. Cook tenderloin in oven for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes check for desired internal temperature, place roast back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes for each degree of doneness. Poke a thermometer into the center of the roast to check doneness, Rare 110*F-120*F, Med-rare 125*F-130*F, Medium 130*F-135*F, Well Done 140*F-145*F. Let roast rest outside of oven for 10 minutes before slicing.
Red Wine Demi - Stove top: Put sauce into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat until hot. Microwave: open lid slightly and place container into the microwave. Microwave for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve hot over Filet mignon.
Prime Rib
Pre-Heat oven to 350-degrees. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove Prime rib from vacuum seal bag. Place prime rib onto an oven safe sheet tray or pan. 2# PRIME RIB: Cook prime rib in oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes check for desired internal temperature, place roast back into the oven for an additional 5 minutes for each degree of doneness. Poke a thermometer into the center of the roast to check doneness, Rare 110*F-120*F, Med-rare 125*F-130*F, Medium 130*F-135*F, Well Done 140*F-145*F. 4# PRIME RIB: Cook prime rib in oven for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes check for desired internal temperature, place roast back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes for each degree of doneness.

Au Jus - Stove top: Put Au jus into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat until hot. Microwave: open lid slightly and place container into the microwave. Microwave for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Pour Au Jus over sliced prime rib.
Creamy Horseradish Sauce - Serve cold on side, dip meat into sauce and enjoy.
Ham
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Put 2 tablespoons of water into pan and close lid tightly. Place pan into oven for 20 minutes. Remove the lid and place pan back into the oven for an additional 15minutes. Remove pan from oven and serve hot.
MEAL SIDES:
Sour Cream Chive Mashed Potatoes - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once preheated place pan into the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and serve hot.
Roasted Red Pepper Candied Bacon Carrots - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once preheated place pan into the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove lid from the pan and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and serve hot.
Baguette With Roasted Garlic Butter - Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Take baguette out of plastic bag and wrap them into foil. Place into oven for 15 minutes. Slice baguette to desired thickness and spread roasted garlic butter onto the slices of baguette.
Spinach Strawberry Salad With Balsamic Vinaigrette – Serve salad cold. Place salad into bowl and toss with vinaigrette or drizzle vinaigrette over the top of the salad and serve.
ADD-ON SIDES:
Spinach Dip with Chips – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once preheated place pan into the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove lid from the pan and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and serve hot with provided chips.

Mac & Cheese – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once preheated place pan into the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove lid from the pan and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and serve hot.
Green Bean Almondine – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once preheated place pan into the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and serve hot.
